Amazing Results!
My house was listed for 4 months using the traditional method of real estate and although we had many showings it just didn’t close. 1 fee 2 list gave the opportunity to successfully market our house in this tight market and it sold within 10 days!! I just want to thank Curtis and Chelsea for their hard work in first setting up this business and second in helping me accomplish my goals! I was looking for a house in Grande Prairie, and didn’t know who to go through to help me find one. A friend of mine mentioned 1fee2list Realty, so I thought I’d give them a try. We had been trying to sell our acreage off and on over an extended period and had previously tried a traditional real estate agent and listing privately. We went to 1Fee2List on the referrals from a few friends who were impressed with them.
We were very happy with the level of service, marketing and upfront advice that we received from Curtis…it was a higher level of service then we had previously received from agents, for a portion of the cost. We ended up selling our acreage for a higher price than what our property had originally been listed at with a real estate agent!
Also, we preferred showing the property ourselves, since we could control the scheduling for a convenient time and would often have impromptu showings whenever we were out in the yard.
We used Curtis as our agent to buy as well and received the same level of attentiveness and honest advice. We would definitely recommend 1Fee2List for anyone and would use them again in the future.
